What I Offer
-
1.5-2 hour session incorporating information about how we breathe mechanically, taking in anatomy, physiology and general practicalities for different instruments. No prior knowledge is required, and a practical element is included.
This session is not specifically for wind and brass players, and is also not only based on the Buteyko Method. It is designed to show how we can best use our breathing systems to influence our nervous systems, and the positive impact this could have on injury prevention.
